Join us for an evening full of sacred sound vibrations and Tantra-based intimacy exercises to awaken and enhance your connection to love and partnership. You will be led through a series of meditations and partner exercises designed to open your heart chakra and share it with another. You will also learn a breathing exercise that will move your sexual energy up from the depths of your root chakra, throughout your entire chakral column and out through the top of your crown.
Following the exercises, you will explore a vast world of sounds created by an assortment of Tibetan singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other healing instruments that produce a truly unique and transcendent healing experience.
This workshop will be limited to 22 participants and is open to couples and singles. Singles are encouraged to invite a friend of the opposite sex to ensure a balance between masculine and feminine energy. Unattached singles will be randomly paired at the beginning of the evening. All exercises will be fully clothed and safe for all sexual orientations.
